Had a horrible binge eating weekend. That is all i'm going to say about that. Goal for the coming week. Try to do better. No eating out! Also, emphasize 10 minutes clean up habit.

Goals:
1. 10 minute clean up of kitchen, bathroom, living room, my room, desk at home and at kitchen per day.
2. 1200 calorie per day this week.
3. Work out every day this week. Mond, Wed, Sat, bike. Tues, thurs, Friday left wiights. Sunday Mow.
4. get up on time.
5. Writer every day and do synopsis.
